Sophia
Currently one of the most in demand educators in the UK, Sophia has worked across 10 countries worldwide helping hairdressers learn practical things they can actually take back to the salon.

Creative yet practical, Sophia kick started her colour career by winning the the L'0real colour Trophy 2013. She now has many accolades to her name including Creative Head’s 3 times Colour Expert of the Year, twice Winner of Business Thinker award and two consecutive awards for marketing and social media at the British Hairdressing Business Awards.

Laura
Think you’re Not Another’s biggest fan? Laura will give you a run for your money!
Starting out as a student with us, Laura attending every single Not Another Academy course, sometimes more than once! She then went on assist with us every week, and proved to be so valuable that we offered her a job! Now a fully fledged Not Another Educator, Laura is patient, kind and will hold your hand every step of the way.

Norman
Joining us five years ago, Norman scrapped everything he knew and retrained completely with a Not Another focus. He has grafted his way up to senior colourist in our salon and has grown to be one of our most loved educators.

Once upon a time a young Norman insisted on assisting on every single academy class there was back in our early days as he knew this was the career path for him. ‘I was hooked from the first class. The vibe in an engaged class room is enough to keep you coming back for more!’ His infectious energy and his famous ‘love and light’ approach to communicating had evolved into manifesting himself a full time teaching roll he hasn’t looked back on.

Academy Coordinator Connor is an absolute delight.
As a new stylist at Not Another Salon, he’s well versed in not only all the signature looks, but also how to learn and master them. Connor also went through our assistant programme and was so ace that we ended up inviting him to join the team full time!
